The case describes the evolution of Chile-based Kibernum from an IT professional staffing firm to a full-fledged software factory, in response to new labor laws and increasingly complex staffing requests from clients. Learning Objective: To evaluate improvement options for a start-up firm as it seeks to grow exponentially while changing its business model. This case study is part of the MIT management studies "Global Entrepreneurship" stream.
