This course explores the uses of the University of Puerto Rico College of Business Administration's Statement of Values. The five constituent values--justice, responsibility, respect, trust, and integrity--will be employed in decision-making, group work, and case analysis. Each value will be profiled in a module which will also have exercises for learning the value and practicing using it as a tool in different moral activities. Other modules will explore the role of values in decision-making and group work. This first version only profiles two values, responsibility and justice.
