| Abstract: | 金屬-氧化物-半導體(MOSFET)及非揮發性半導體記憶體(NVSM)是積體電路中最重要的二種元件，也是支撐微電子產業的兩大支柱。本課程的內容由淺而深循序漸進，從基礎的物理和電容結構的基本運作，接續討論MOSFET及NVSM之結構與操作，可讓修課的學生一窺半導體最重要元件的奧妙。本課程主要針對的授課對象為大三左右程度，建議先修課程為微積分與近代物理。 |
